Intro pass, who can do the intro pass?

Intro passes are for new, local clients only, proof of an address in Canterbury is required.

If the system discovers multiple accounts - all additional classes will be charged casually and the $49 will be credited to your account. No refunds offered.

When does the 7 day period begin? 

The intro pass is valid for 4 classes over a 7 day period. We do not offer extensions for any reason.

Your 7 day period begins from the date of your first booked class. If you decide you want to book a class that occurs before the initial class you have booked, you will need to cancel the first class booked to restart your 7 days.

What classes can I take?

New to Reformer Pilates - join us every Saturday at 11am for our dedicated Introduction to Pilates class - designed specifically for new, local clients who are beginners or those recovering from a mild injury. If you are coming to our studio with Pilates experience please feel free to join any of our classes within your ability.

If you are injury free but new to Pilates you are welcome to join any of mat studio classes.

 

Can I pause or extend my Intro Pass?

We do not offer refunds or extensions on Intro Passes. Your Pass must be activated in a month from purchase.

How do I book a class?

You can book your class via the website under the schedule or book now tab. Another great way is to download the Momence App on your phone  and search under businesses for Grounded Pilates and book in your choice of class.
