Introduction into Pilates

This is a perfect way to start your Pilates journey with us. We will assist you in getting orientated with the reformer machine and basic Pilates principles, as well as the cues used during classes. This is a full-body workout taught at a slower pace. Scheduled once a week on a Saturday at 11 am.

*This class is suitable for new clients or clients recovering from a mild injury.

Beginner

This is a full-body workout on the reformer, a slightly slower pace class aimed at progressing form and building strength and endurance.

*This class is aimed at our newer clients. Progressions will be offered for our regular clients.

Beginner-Intermediate

This a a challenging full body workout on the reformer with minimal breaks aimed to build strength, endurance and stability. There are a large number of these classes scheduled throughout the week.

*This class is beginner friendly, progressions will be offered and aimed to challenge clients.

Intermediate

Intermediate classes are challenging full-body workouts involving props and resistance equipment. You will need strength, control and coordination to complete an intense workout of toning and lengthening muscles in a small class environment. These classes fit in as the level between Beginner-Intermediate & Intermediate-Advanced. We have a few of these classes scheduled per week, if you are at this level and need more time options, we recommend choosing a Beginner-Intermediate level and ask for progressions.

Age Strong Movement

A class especially designed for those 60 or thereabouts as well as anyone recovering from a mild injury who wants to feel confident moving at a slower pace. This low impact class will focus on enhancing flexibility, mobility and balance. Improving core strength, balance and stability can be helpful in assisting the prevention of falls and future injuries. Boost your mood and feel confident by moving your body in this friendly, community focused environment.

*The class is suitable for clients who wish to move at a slower pace, using props where needed to help take pressure of the joints.

Pre and Post Natal

Pre & postnatal classes are designed to increase strength in your pelvic floor, abdominals and back muscles to support your baby as it grows and to assist with your postnatal recovery. You are more than welcome to bring bubs to your postnatal classes as long as they are not crawling/walking.

Open Level

This open-level class is suitable for all abilities. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, this class provides a comprehensive workout that strengthens, stretches and tones your entire body. You will be offered modifications and progressions to match your fitness level, ensuring you are both challenged and supported.

*This class is beginner friendly, progressions will be offered and aimed to challenge more experienced clients.

Intermediate-Advanced

This is a challenging full-body workout on the reformer, with targeted exercises, challenging different major muscle groups. Get ready to feel the heat! This is a challenging, faster paced class, a step up from the intermediate class. There are a large number of these classes scheduled throughout the week.

*Advanced level full body workout on the reformer taught with minimal breaks, aimed to challenge experienced clients.

Reformer Strong

Take your training up a level with this dynamic class focusing on strength training and conditioning. This full-body workout on and off the reformer aims to build strength and get your heart racing.

*This class is a full-body workout aimed to challenge our experienced clients.

Private and Semi Private

Whether you’re a beginner looking to build a strong foundation, recovering from a mild injury or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice, our personalised approach ensures each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Enjoy the benefits of focused, one-on-one attention or share the journey with a friend in a semi-private setting. We recommend for any group or semi private sessions, that participants are of a similar level of fitness to get the most out of your session.
