Introduction to Pilates
New to Pilates? Our Intro Pass is the perfect way to begin your journey, giving you access to both Dynamic Mat and Reformer classes. The pass must be used within 7 days of your first booked class, so you can explore and find what moves you.
New to Reformer Pilates - join us on a Monday at 10:30am at our Beginner class -This is the perfect starting point to build confidence, connect with your body, and learn the fundamentals in a supportive environment. If this is not possible you are welcome to join our Beginner-Intermediate level, take all Beginner options & please arrive 10 minutes prior so we can complete our introduction.

Beginner Intermediate
We have a large number of these classes scheduled throughout the week. You are ready to join this level when you can perform basic exercises with the correct form and control, your muscles can A dynamic, full-body workout with minimal breaks, aimed at building strength, endurance, and stability. These classes are scheduled frequently throughout the week, offering flexibility and variety.
Beginner-friendly with progressions provided to challenge all levels.

Intermediate Advanced
This high-energy Reformer class targets major muscle groups with precision and power. It’s a fast-paced, full-body workout designed to push your limits, elevate endurance, and enhance muscle definition.
Ideal for experienced clients looking for an advanced-level challenge. Minimal breaks and maximum results.
Pre and Post Natal
Prenatal classes are scheduled on a Monday and Wednesday at 6.15pm. Postnatal on a Wednesday at 10.30am.
You are welcome to bring your baby along to the postnatal class as long as they are not crawling or walking.
